Fabula Collective’s Contemporary Dance Summer School will be led by our two Associate Dance Artists James Pett and Travis Clausen-Knight.

As dancers and choreographers, their careers since graduating from top UK dance institutions has grown in success to internationally renowned contemporary dance artists. James and Travis among them have worked for Company Wayne Mcgregor, Richard Alston Dance Company, Michael Clarke Company, Tavaziva Dance and Matthew Bourne New Adventures.

The week long dance intensive includes vigorous classes of classical and contemporary technique, creative classes and learning of choreography, culminating in a choreographed piece on the theme of ‘story-telling’, by the end of the week.

Fabula Collective wants to nurture and grow the capabilities of young dancers and artists in the vast facets of this profession, be it in technique or creativity. This workshop is our opportunity to give a truly intensive learning and development experience to those involved, in order to help them realise the talents and strengths they have. James and Travis will give the dancers new and exciting insights into their craft in order for participants to make more gains in prowess and confidence.

If you are a dance student, currently in formal dance training, a graduate, aspiring or young professional and are aged 15-25 years old, then this intensive is the Summer School for you! Young artists should take advantage of this opportunity to build on their skill and curiosity at this early stage of their profession. To book visit our Eventbrite page:
