Giselle is the classic story of love, betrayal, madness, revenge and forgiveness. It is one of the most famous romantic ballets. The ballet is about an innocent peasant girl who falls in love with a noble man who betrays her. After Giselle discovers that the man she loves has lied to her and is engaged to another woman, she goes mad and dies.
She then enters the ghostly world of the willies, who are the spirits of revengeful brides who have died of broken hearts. Can Giselle keep her innocence in a world like this?...
