Daniel Jaber

Born in 1985 in Nairne, South Australia. Daniel Jaber joined Gary Stewart's internationally acclaimed Australian Dance Theatre (ADT) at the ripe age of 18 whilst still in his studies at the Adelaide College of the Arts. After 4.5 years as a full-time company member Daniel went freelance, guesting with company's and choreographers throughout Australia, Malaysia, France, Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
In 2009 Daniel started creating his own works, the presentation of his solo work, at the time titled "Too far again, not far enough..." at the 2010 Adelaide Fringe Festival won 2 awards including Best Dance Work and the Adelaide Festival Centre inSPACE:development Award at the 2010 Fringe Awards. 
He has since worked with ACA, Queensland University of Technology creating graduate student works, new work for Expressions Dance Company SOLO Festival and new work for MyDance International Festival, Kuala Lumpur. He has made works: Nought, Stoic, WG Spiel, Poetic Structure, Crash and in development for Degradation, a new work.
